- After finding what you need, click on “Make Reservation” button.
- On the rental calendar, enter your zip code so the system can calculate shipping charges as well as availability and click “Continue”
- On the calendar page click on the day you would like the gear to arrive, then click on the day you’d like to ship the gear back. If you need to make changed just click the “Reset Calendar” button.
- If everything looks good, add it to your cart and repeat for any other gear you might need.
- Double check your selections in the shopping cart and click the “Checkout” button. From here new customers will be required to create an account, existing customers can just click the “login” button.
- On the check out page, don’t forget to select the optional damage insurance. Covers most of what can go wrong for a pretty minimal fee. Enter you billing info, and your on your way.
Once you submit your order, we’ll review it, double check inventory, shipping addresses etc., to make sure your order arrives just as expected. If you are a first time customer you might receive a phone call as part of our identification verification process and to thank you for your order.
Keep in mind you must be present to sign for the gear when it arrives. Once it does, look everything over and give it a quick test to make sure nothing was damaged in transit. It’s unlikely, but give us a call if you suspect something is amiss. Please hang on to the box, packing and return shipping label. You’ll need them when you’re done.
Then all you have to do is shoot, enjoy and call if you have any questions.
On the last day of your rental, plan to pack the gear back in it’s box, place the UPS return label directly over the old one, and drop it off at a UPS location before 5 pm local time.
